**Job description**:
DFP Recruitment is a preferred supplier for Federal Government and is proudly working with our client who is seeking a Business Support Officer for their Coordinated Client Support team.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Assist with workload assessments, allocations, escalations and reporting.
- Assist in the development of program resources and training material.
- Manage training schedules for new and existing staff.
- Assist with the preparation for meetings and engagement forums.
- Preparing intake assessment documents.
- Provide support to business areas.
**To be successful, you will need to have**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Minimum of 5 years recent administrative experience
- Strong analysis and eye for detail
- Organised and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Demonstrate a high level of relevant computer literacy skills
- Working within the Medical and Mental Health sectors would be highly desirable
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
**In return you will**:
- Full Time Hours - 37.5 hours per week
- 12 month initial contract with extensions
- Attractive Hourly Rate - $50 per hour + super
