* Certified in SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management (PMGM)
* Should have mandatory experience/knowledge about integrations from RCM – ONB – EC
* Handled, configurations/changes in the areas of RCM Data Models, Requisitions, Candidate Profile, Application and Offer templates setup for RCM
* Handled configurations/updates to ONB Panels, pdf forms, New Hire Activities and experience in On/Offboarding Configuration understanding its feasibilities and limitations.
* Good Knowledge in Goal setting and Performance Processes
* Experience in Goal cascading, Group and Team Goals functionalities
* Experience with Continuous Performance Management and knowledge in 360 Degree multi rater templates
* Knowledge in identifying the talent gaps with career paths that link to development plans and learning activities (through SAP SuccessFactors Learning)
* Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
* Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
* Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
* Experience in proactively monitoring solutions and application and suggest improvement areas.
* Good experience in Connectors, Properties of Connectors, System configuration, Custom column, APMs, various tools available in LMS
* Experience in connecting with 3rd party LMS content providers (TACO, SkillSoft)
* Experince in Successfactors Integration Center
* Excellent experience in running Advanced and ad-hoc reports based on the requirements
* Experience in Story Reports
