What You'll Be Doing
* Transport and supervise family contact visits
* Write clear, detailed reports after each visit
* Support care plans with Case Managers
* Identify and report child protection concerns
* Manage visits when not in the child's best interest
What You'll Bring
* Diploma in Community Services (or related field) preferred but not required
* Understanding of mandatory reporting and experience in OOHC (or similar)
* Valid Driver's Licence, WWCC, First Aid & NDIS clearance
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Able to manage conflict and work with diverse families
* Understanding of child safety and car restraint laws
* Must be available for a range of shifts
