 
        
        Job Title
This is a permanent full-time position working 80 hours per fortnight within the Pharmacy Department.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide support to the Pharmacy department through impresting of medications to clinical areas, dispensing of medications and manufacturing in sterile and non-sterile medications.
 * Work in sterile manufacturing (non-chemotherapy).
 * Dispense medications in a busy outpatient setting.
Ensure that medications are available in clinical settings. Provide technical assistance to the pharmacy team as required.
Requirements:
 * Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or experience working in a science or laboratory-based field.
 * Experience in a public hospital pharmacy department is desirable.
 * Hold a suitable hospital pharmacy technician course (certificate III or IV), or be working towards a qualification.
