About the Role:
* As a Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for structuring transactions and preparing credit submissions, employing financial modelling where required and making recommendations on transactions to Credit.
* You will manage between Client Coverage Team, CME, Product Partners, and client support teams, to achieve a seamless client experience.
* Manage the ongoing monitoring of the risk profile and compliance requirements of a client portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene is of a good standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct research and analysis to develop industry/sector expertise and knowledge.
* Attend internal and external stakeholders' meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes while managing portfolio risks.
* Provide guidance/coaching to graduates, analysts and associates where required.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications with a degree in Business or Finance or a related discipline.
* Extensive professional experience in the banking / financial industry.
* Excel modelling and deal structuring skills.
* Broad C&IB product knowledge and industry insight.
* Previous experience successfully managing internal stakeholders.
