Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major legislative and regulatory reform program. This role will drive planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management to ensure successful implementation and lasting adoption of reform across government, industry, and partner agencies.

Responsibilities

* Lead the planning, delivery, monitoring, and reporting of a complex reform implementation program.
* Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, in scope, and aligned to quality and business requirements.
* Maintain strong governance, quality assurance, risk, and change control processes.
* Develop and manage project schedules, tracking deliverables, dependencies, and resources.
* Provide accurate and consistent program status reporting to senior executives and steering committees.
* Inspire, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative and accountable culture.
* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing expert advice and managing expectations.

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience managing large, multi-stakeholder programs, ideally in government, regulatory, or policy reform environments.
* Strong knowledge of legislative or regulatory change processes and their operational impacts.
* Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated leadership capability with experience guiding and mentoring high-performing teams.
* Project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, PMBOK, Agile) highly regarded.
