The role: Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders and supporting teams with the smooth and efficient operation of legal processes.
Preparing legal documents and correspondence, including emails, memoranda and letters Managing diaries, coordinating travel arrangements and general administration Assisting with monthly billing processes and maintaining electronic file management systems The ideal candidate: This role will be best suited to an individual who performs well in a professional environment, demonstrates strong organisational capabilities and communicates effectively with a range of stakeholders, in addition to: Previous experience with document management and billing or time-recording systems Intermediate to advanced proficiency across Microsoft applications Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills The ability to positively contribute to a supportive and cooperative team culture.
