Property Portfolio Manager Role
This is a key position within our airport operations team. The Property Portfolio Manager will oversee the management of one of Northern Territory's most significant property portfolios.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leaseholder queries, rent reviews, and lease options. They will also oversee council rates, sewerage, and trade waste charges, and liaise with external authorities as needed.
In addition to these duties, the Property Portfolio Manager will coordinate facilities and maintenance works with internal teams and contractors. This will include assisting tenants with minor works approvals and conducting building/tenancy inspections.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records in CRM and Progenesis, process invoices, track budgets, and maintain property registers.
They will also support WHS and environmental compliance, including participation in audits and inspections. Critical property information must be communicated effectively to various stakeholders.
* Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Experience in property or facilities management, real estate, or project coordination
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Confident managing administrative systems and records
* Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Understanding of commercial, legal, and financial principles
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Ability to obtain an ASIC, pass a police check, and complete a pre-employment medical
* Desirable experience with SharePoint or TechnologyOne, basic bookkeeping knowledge, and a valid NT driver's license
