The Keilor Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in the Western Suburbs Melbourne VIC location. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes to our discerning clientele.
What you'll be doing
 * Prepare, cook and present a variety of dishes to the highest standards.
 * Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
 * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen team environment.
What we're looking for
 * Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant or hotel kitchen.
 * Formal culinary training or a recognised qualification in Commercial Cookery.
 * Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
 * Strong communication and the ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
 * Ability to work weekends and evenings including some split shifts.
 * Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
