This position allows you to work in a fast-paced environment supporting with end-to-end accounts receivable function. Key Responsibilities Manage daily debtor collections, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts via phone, email and written correspondence. Process and allocate incoming payments accurately, including management of direct debit and credit card transactions. Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies and resolve billing or payment issues in collaboration with operations and sales teams. Prepare monthly statements, ageing reports and maintain accurate records of collection activities and correspondence. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support efficient collections and positive customer experiences. Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable roles.
