Technical Device Support Specialist (Payments)

About the Role
As a Technical Device Support Specialist, you will provide Tier 3 support for our EFTPOS and POS products. You will handle on‐site installations from start to finish and provide continuous technical support to our customers. This role is based remotely and requires some customer on‐site visits across the Melbourne metro and regional areas to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Setting up and configuring POS and terminal hardware and software, ensuring proper connectivity and functionality
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software
* Providing training to customers and internal teams
* Effectively communicating technical information to both technical and non‐technical audiences
Qualifications
* 2+ years' experience in user support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Strong hands‐on experience with POS systems and payment terminals
* The ability to learn new technologies and devices quickly
* A go‐getter with proven troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
* Legal right to work in Australia (no sponsorship provided for this level of role)
