The Role
As our new Bookkeeper, you'll play a key part in managing client financial records and supporting smooth operations across various bookkeeping tasks. You can choose a full‑time or part‑time position—whatever suits your schedule best.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain clients' accounts payable and receivable
* Bank and credit card reconciliations
* Data entry and preparation of periodic reports
* Payroll processing
* Business Activity Statements
What We're Looking For
* Proven bookkeeping experience (ideally 2+ years)
* Familiarity with Xero, MYOB or similar software
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude
