We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Governance Advisor to join our team and help shape the future of our organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive strategic direction to ensure services remain person-centred, accessible, connected, effective, and safe
* Provide oversight of organisational performance and financial sustainability
* Champion inclusive, culturally safe, and psychologically safe environments for staff, clients, and communities
* Participate in Board and Committee meetings, contributing expertise to robust and constructive discussions
* Support continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice in governance, quality, and risk
* Represent the organisation in the community, including events and service visits
* Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to Board evaluation and succession planning
