Your work will directly support HEKA in the coordination and development of advanced systems. Please note this is an unpaid-to-paid opportunity; relocation and lodging expenses are not provided.
What you'll do:
1. Provide project management, client management, and business development support for various ongoing projects.
2. Contribute to and manage the development of technical reports, plans, and specifications.
3. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
4. Support the development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures.
5. Perform operational analysis and develop concepts of operations, designs, and implementation plans.
6. Utilize software tools, scripting, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need:
* Actively pursuing or recently awarded a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Relevant experience will also be considered.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and track processes to completion.
* A problem-solving mindset with curiosity, self-discipline, and a drive for continuous self-improvement.
* U.S. Citizenship.
Nice to have:
* Master's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
* Prior experience in project management and coordination.
