**Your new role**
An exciting opportunity to support the Senior Finance Manager for a 12-month period with the possibility of extension.
The main duties will include:
- Process supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders and present for approval
- Initiate purchase orders for sales department as requested
- Assist the sales team with daily operations, including processing and customer follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Process technician requests
- Process sales orders
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent organisational skills are a must
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills and attitude
- Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Great phone etiquette
