What you will do
We are seeking a commercially minded and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to support the development, execution and optimisation of brand strategies. This role plays a critical part in driving brand growth through campaign execution, market analysis, product launches and cross-functional collaboration.
* Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution
o Support the development and execution of annual brand plans.
o Assist in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, retail, PR and trade).
o Coordinate creative briefs and liaise with agencies to ensure brand consistency.
o Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis.
* Product & Innovation
o Support new product development processes from concept to launch.
o Assist in packaging updates and artwork approvals.
o Coordinate internal launch plans and sales toolkits.
* Financial & Commercial Management
o Assist in budget tracking and reporting.
o Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly performance reports and insights presentations.
* Market & Consumer Insights
o Analyse consumer data and category trends.
o Track competitor activity and pricing strategies.
o Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Creative teams.
o Support retailer presentations and internal stakeholder updates.
o Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across touchpoints.
What we are looking for:
Degree in a Business / Economics / Marketing / Science / Arts. 4+ years' marketing experience in FMCG industry. Preference towards experience in a tier 1 FMCG company.
