We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker & Installer to join our small, dedicated team in Wangara. Responsibilities:
* Manufacture and assemble high-quality, custom cabinetry using traditional woodworking techniques.
* Conduct site measures and prepare accurate cutting lists.
* Install cabinetry and joinery on-site for residential and commercial projects.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
* Ensure quality control through precise measurements and finishing.
* Assist with project management and site preparation, including cabinetry removal.
* Load, unload, and check off materials and goods.
* Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
* Solve problems efficiently and adapt to challenges on-site and in the workshop.
* Undertake additional duties as directed by the Director.
* Be available for occasional after-hours or weekend work when required.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Cabinet Maker with proven experience in cabinet making and installation.
* Minimum 2 years of experience (3+ years preferred for installation & site management).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and finishes.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
* Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable transport (manual preferred).
* Must have own tools.
* White Card (or willingness to obtain).
* Forklift license (advantageous but not essential).
* Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident (skilled visa applicants may be considered).
* Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours when required.

This position is full time based in Wangara, offering 38 hours per week, with overtime as needed. A trial day and 6-month probationary period will apply. As mentioned above - part-time and contract work also being considered.
