The 360 Graduate Program is a 12-month experience designed to equip you with the skills and support needed to become a capable and confident Occupational Therapist.
The program consists of four key phases:
* Simulated Practice: Sessions provide a safe environment to practice therapeutic skills before working with clients.
* Experiential Discovery: A dynamic approach that immerses you in real-life situations, connecting new information to existing knowledge.
* Theoretical Learning: Develop clinical expertise through immersive workshops facilitated by subject matter experts.
* Individualised Development: Design a custom program to follow your roadmap to excellence, specialising or maintaining a diverse caseload.
In this rewarding role, you will lead the delivery of high-quality community-based care with support from Clinical Supervisors and Team Leaders.
A typical day may involve supporting clients in the community, meeting with Clinical Supervisors for supervision, preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to making a real impact.
We welcome applications from individuals who hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and have applied for AHPRA registration.
