We are seeking a skilled Flow Cytometry Technical Salesperson to join our ANZ team. This role is ideal for an accomplished sales professional with expertise in the flow cytometry market and experience working with key opinion leaders and influential figures in the scientific community.
Job Description
This position involves driving sales and commercial success of our Life Science Research Flow Cytometry products in Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for achieving sales growth targets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and understanding their technical and application needs.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing a territory business plan, submitting timely forecasts and reports, and collaborating with leadership and marketing teams to identify trends and growth opportunities.
In addition, you will build strong relationships with KOLs and influencers, engage with target customer segments, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Essential Requirements
* An accomplished salesperson with at least 3 years proven experience in strategic sales within the flow cytometry market.
* Proven ability to consistently achieve ambitious goals, skilled in executing strategic initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and fostering collaboration and results-driven change.
* A Science degree (or equivalent) and practical flow cytometry experience.
* Skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with excellent written and spoken English.
