Sales and Account Management Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hospital/specialty sales, with a strong focus on account management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Securing formulary listings and protocol changes for our products in key hospital accounts
* Increasing usage of our patient access programs across key hospital and selected GP surgery users
* Driving sales growth through strategic initiatives and engagement with healthcare professionals
* Cultivating partnerships with endocrinologists to provide value through education and support
* Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and adapt territory and account plans for optimal results
* Meeting and exceeding customer and territory KPIs, documenting interactions in the CRM
* Proactively monitoring the market to identify opportunities and inform strategy
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven sales and key account management experience in pharmaceutical hospital/specialty sales
* Strong knowledge of hospital/specialty sales and tender processes in Australia
* Specialized knowledge in endocrinology is strongly preferred
* Tertiary qualifications in science or business and relevant certifications
* Proficiency in CRM databases and MS Office
* A valid driver's license and work rights in Australia
