With our clinic getting increasingly busy, we are on the search for a star Veterinary Receptionist
Veterinary Receptionist – Part -Time | approx. 28-30hrs
Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist who enjoys the client-facing side of the job just as much as caring for animals? We're on the lookout for a Veterinary Receptionist with experience to join our fast-paced, friendly clinic.
If you're adaptable, client-focused, and love being part of a tight-knit team, this could be the perfect fit.
About the Role:
- Reception is your main focus: greeting clients, managing appointments, handling phone enquiries, and ensuring a smooth front-of-house experience.
- A typical day is varied, fast-moving, and rewarding – no two days are the same
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience working as a veterinary receptionistand a passion for the industry
- Is excellent with clients – warm, professional, and calm under pressure
- Can work autonomously and manage a busy front desk with confidence
- Is a team player, happy to step in and support wherever needed
- Has basic knowledge of veterinary products and protocols
- Is flexible with working hours and willing to go the extra mile during busy times
- Thinks on their feet and handles all types of clients with empathy and care
