The Opportunity
* This role is focused on providing high-level consultancy on clinical pharmacy and workflow issues.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading change across acute and community areas, and delivering training to staff on effective use of digital solutions.
As Lead Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, you will develop and maintain change and training material, ensuring successful delivery of training and business readiness activities as assigned to a multidisciplinary team or service area.
You will support the state-wide Integrated Electronic Medical Record (ieMR) solution and have opportunities to be involved in training delivery and system adoption, as well as change management and process redesign.
