T &F Poultry Pty Ltd is a broiler farm located in the beautiful Sunshine Coast region. Due to growth, we are looking for 6 Farm Hands to join our team with an immediate start date.

The Role
Your key duties will include but are not limited to:
* Work on Broiler Free Range Farm picking up dead birds, setup brooder for young birds, wash sheds after clean out,organise slashing around the farm with a tractor, minormaintenance inside the sheds
* Work inside cross ventilation broiler sheds, cut grass outsidewith a tractor.
* You will mostly work inside the sheds. Be prepared that inwinter season, temps may get as low as 10 Degrees Celsius. Insummer season, temps may get to max 38 Degrees Celsius
* Regular hours (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday - 7.30amto 3pm
* Some weekend hours available with applicable overtime and penalty rates
Skills & Experience
No prior experience necessary. You will be provided training. However, successful candidates must have the following attributes:
* have a tolerance to working in a poultry environment, which can be dusty, noisy and smelly
* meet bio-security requirements
* physically fit & hard working
* reliable & self-motivated
* have a mature & responsible attitude
* good communicator and team player
Salary and Benefits
* Minimum hourly rate $24.28 (PW1 Poultry Farm Worker Level 1) per the Poultry Production Pastoral Award.
* 4 weeks annual leave entitlement (pro-rata basis)
