They are now looking to hire a Marketing Designer who will play a key role in supporting the Marketing team across multiple brands by creating engaging, on‑brand designs for packaging, digital campaigns, social media, trade materials, and in‑store promotions.
Job/Role Responsibilities
- Develop and design packaging, POS materials, catalogues, and trade marketing assets.
- Create digital and social media content, including e‑commerce tiles and campaign visuals.
- Produce video edits, 3D product renders, and compile visual presentations for marketing use.
- Adjust international brand assets to suit local market requirements.
- Develop brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with brand managers to bring marketing campaigns and creative ideas to life.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and are completed within project timelines.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in design for consumer‑facing or FMCG brands, preferably within health, beauty, or baby product categories.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with Canva, Asana, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing design, social media, and print production.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple brand styles simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to various brand tones and marketing directions.
- Solid communication and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
