About The Role
As part of the HVAC team in Wingfield, you'll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
Your day-to-day
At Typical Day Will Involve
Making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
Providing customer service and information about products
Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
We'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:
Has a clean valid Medium Rigid licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
