About The Role
The Senior Support Engineer is responsible for resolving complex technical issues while providing excellent customer support. In this role, you will autonomously manage, analyze, and prioritize support requests, clearly communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your work will drive improvements across products, processes, and customer experiences.
What You'll Do
* Provide advanced technical support, managing and resolving complex customer tickets autonomously.
* Clearly communicate technical concepts to internal customers with varying levels of technical understanding.
* Perform in-depth troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and engage SMEs to efficiently resolve issues.
* Proactively identify patterns and recurring issues, implementing solutions that enhance product stability and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain high-quality support standards, tracking metrics to inform continuous process improvement.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Software Engineering, and QA teams to ensure rapid and accurate issue resolution.
* Efficiently prioritize tasks, demonstrating exceptional time management skills in a dynamic environment.
* Mentor and guide team members, fostering knowledge sharing and growth.
* Contribute to internal documentation and support processes, streamlining operations to boost team productivity.
* Perform occasional, small-scale development tasks or projects aimed at supporting other internal teams and enhancing overall platform functionality.
What Experience We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field.
* 5+ years of technical support experience within a software development environment.
* Experience supporting real-world, customer-facing software products throughout the software development life cycle.
* Proficiency with modern web technologies and advanced SQL understanding and abilities.
* Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Python or JavaScript preferred).
