Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Controller to oversee maintenance operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our equipment fleet.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities to service, repair, and maintain equipment to a high standard
* Conduct regular inspections and maintenance audits to identify any issues or potential hazards
* Liaise with suppliers and external contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and equipment service histories
* Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely availability of equipment for hire
* Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the equipment hire industry
* Strong technical knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair procedures
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders
