Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Leadership Lead and oversee all store operations across all departments, with a key focus on fresh foods to ensure sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
Champion a high-performance culture by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring department managers and team members, aligning with the company's values and expectations.
Drive exceptional store presentation, inventory control and implementation of company standards.
Maintain a strong focus on customer service, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and service levels exceed expectations.
Manage rostering, wage budgets, and cost controls in accordance with sales performance and industrial agreements.
Ensure full compliance with WHS policies, security procedures, and equipment maintenance programs to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
