SAP Integration System Architect Role
The role involves guidance and management of SAP integration systems for large-scale, high-volume hybrid SAP landscapes.
Responsibilities may include:
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing SAP integration systems, including strong understanding of SAP integration frameworks (CRM Middleware, IDOC, ODATA), SAP integration systems (SAP PI/PO, CPI) and development patterns.
2. Identifying performance issues in SAP integration frameworks, including server-related and inefficient code and development patterns.
3. Designing and implementing integration strategies and principles for the integration landscape.
4. Maintaining a strong understanding of SAP integration technologies, including ABAP Proxy, BAPI, RFC, IDOC, Web Services and IDOC enhancements.
5. Monitoring the SAP landscape, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
