This job share position also entails covering for colleagues during their annual leave, ensuring seamless service continuity.

* Answering Phone Enquiries
* Taking Payment via Hicaps/Eftpos
* Apply patient treatment charges.
* Third Party Invoicing
* Scanning Documents
* Sending Medical correspondence
* Deliver exceptional customer service to our patients.
* Follow customer service scripts & systems.
* Complete front desk administration tasks.
* Diary management & Patient appointments
* General cleaning & maintaining covid 19 protocols.
