We're now seeking a Part Time Diploma-qualified Educator — or someone who's currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children's lives.

Where you'll work
Located in Wonthaggi, White Rd Kindergarten provides a high-quality program that reflects the values of the local community. This role suits an educator who values collaboration, community partnerships, and creating strong foundations for lifelong learning.
Role Details:
Diploma Educator
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 8:30am to 4:00pm
28 contact hours + 7 non-contact hours = 35 hours per week
What You'll Do
In this hands-on, rewarding role, you'll:
* Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your teaching team
* Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments that inspire curiosity
* Collaborate with educators and teachers to deliver high-quality early learning experiences
What You'll Bring
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
* A strong enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to ongoing learning
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Great teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
