Doutta Galla Aged Services is a leading not-for-profit provider of Residential and In Home Aged Care Services. We are seeking an experienced Revenue Management Accountant - Team Leader to join our Finance & Investments team and play a pivotal role in ensuring sustainable, compliant, and high-quality revenue outcomes across our services.
Reporting to the General Manager, Finance and Investments, this role is ideal for a technically strong finance professional with deep understanding of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) funding model. To be successful in this role you will closely partner with key operational stakeholders.
About the Role
* Lead end-to-end revenue management across Residential and In Home Care services
* Act as the subject matter expert for Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) revenue
* Provide strategic revenue insights, reporting, and analysis to support management decision-making
* Oversee revenue integrity, internal controls and compliance
* Lead and support the Residential Revenue Officer/s
* Contribute to revenue growth strategies for In Home Care, including preparation for the Support at Home Program
* Work closely with internal stakeholders, regulators, auditors, and external agencies
About You
* Postgraduate qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* CPA or CA qualification (or working towards)
* Strong experience in AN-ACC revenue and residential billing environments
* Experience in financial accounting or reporting within a medium to large organisation
* Proven experience using large financial systems, ideally Epicor
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* A strong understanding of internal controls, revenue recognition, and compliance in regulated environments
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia and eligibility to work in Aged Care
