The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in all restaurant operations. With a commitment to best practice, they will lead the continuous development of their team members, whilst maximising the growth and profitability of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured training for staff
- Deliver individual coaching & mentoring sessions
- Develop shift plans
- Drive sales & profitability
- Monitor production controls
- Complete business reporting for sales, service & safety
- Maintain profitability by closely monitoring costs
- Manage all shift safety & hygiene requirements
Skill and Experience Requirements
- Leadership experience in retail or hospitality
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Exceptional organisational & time management skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Training and Development
A 12-week training program is available for successful applicants. This comprehensive training includes:
- Crew Station Training (Weeks 1-6)
- Leadership/Management Training (Weeks 7-11)
- Certification (Week 12)
