Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role and be able to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
2. Pick and packaging of outgoing parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
3. Receipt, check, and storage of incoming goods, maintaining accurate records.
4. Manage and action production orders related to the workshop, SPK kits, and service exchange units.
5. Ensure workshop SPK are held in stock for common jobs.
