About the Opportunity
This role is responsible for leading and enhancing embedded practice across multiple services, implementing a comprehensive approach to programming, safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance embedded practice
* Cascade knowledge to teams through coaching and mentoring
* Manage rostering, financials, and community engagement initiatives
Requirements:
* Proven experience in OSHC or childcare required
* Previous experience as a leader or manager in a similar setting
* Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations
* Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
