About the Role
We're looking for contract florists to join our LVLY team for the busy Valentine's season and beyond. You'll be creating beautiful, hand-tied bouquets and signature LVLY arrangements that spread joy to customers across Australia.
This role suits florists at any stage of their career — whether you're experienced and after flexible hours, or just starting out and eager to learn. Experience in a similar environment is a bonus, but what really matters is your attitude. Your Day-to-Day will include:
* Creating stunning flower arrangements that are in line with LVLY's aesthetic
* Assembling hand tied posies in line with KPI's
* Conditioning the flowers
* Counting out your allocation of flower wraps
* Supporting the Floristry Coordinator in managing stock flow including count-ins, rotation, and freshness checks when/if required too
* Keeping our warehouse clean, organised, and ready for posy magic
* Championing our health and safety standards to keep the space as safe as it is beautiful
Additional role details
* Current ABN and your own insurance required (or willing to get if successful)
* Multiple shifts available, approximately 1 - 3 shifts per week.
* Must be available to work shifts during the week of 9th Feb (preparation for Valentine's Day)
* Hourly rate for the first 3 training shifts, then moved to payment based on output rather than an hourly rate.
About You
You're a flower lover with a can-do attitude. You bring sunshine to your team — whether that's your co-worker or the person receiving the bouquet you just made.
Qualifications
* Certificate in Floristry or previous experience working as a florist
