You will play a pivotal role in shaping technical strategy, driving best practices, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Required Experience
* Proven experience in software development, including experience with lead or managerial role.
* Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise‐level web applications.
* Strong delivery track record within tight project timelines.

* Outstanding leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Methodologies
* Deep understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
Technical Skills Required Core Technologies
* Integration platforms including Oracle ESB, APIM, SQL Server Reporting Services
* SQL Server Management Studio
* Git
* Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management and release processes
* Monitoring & logging tools such as App Insights, Grafana, OpsBridge
Tools & Platforms
* Financial system integrations (e.g., BPoint, PowerBoard)
* ServiceNow
* Experience using Microsoft Copilot for code generation, refactoring and documentation (desirable)
