A salary ranging from $35.46 - $49.79 per hour We are currently looking for motivated, enthusiastic and experienced ICU nurses to provide expert nursing care to complex patients for the 19 bed ICU unit. As a Registered Nurse ICU your responsibilities will include: Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs Act as a role model for Safe Practice About the Company The hospital is located in the rapidly developing North West corridor of Sydney and is operated by a leading provider of private healthcare in Australia. The hospital has 277 beds and is a high-acuity facility with an Emergency Department located in Sydney's Bella Vista.
