We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Psychologist to join our Health, Safety and Wellbeing team.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess 2–3 years of corporate experience and a strong analytical mindset, with a passion for creating psychologically safe workplaces and driving operational excellence through evidence-based practices.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead psychosocial risk assessments across various business units, applying strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
* Design, deploy, and analyse employee experience and wellbeing surveys, identifying opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimisation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed psychological safety principles into operational practices, preparing clear reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Organisational Psychology or a related field.
* 2–3 years of corporate experience, preferably in health, safety, wellbeing, or HR.
* Demonstrated experience conducting psychosocial risk assessments.
* Proficiency in survey design and data analysis tools.
