The North Coast Region Maroochydore Office is seeking a Regional Wellbeing Consultant to join their team

The Regional Wellbeing Consultant provides specialist advice, support and strategic guidance to schools and regional teams to promote positive student and staff wellbeing.

Working collaboratively across the region, the role supports the implementation of wellbeing frameworks, evidence-based practices and targeted interventions that enhance engagement, inclusion and learning outcomes.

The position requires strong consultation, relationship-building and analytical skills, with a focus on improving wellbeing outcomes aligned to departmental priorities.

*This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

About The Role
The North Coast Region Maroochydore Office is seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Wellbeing Consultant to lead the implementation of key staff wellbeing initiatives. Reporting to the Director, HR Operations, you will work closely with schools and regional teams to provide expert advice, training, and support to enhance staff wellbeing and foster positive outcomes for both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities Include

* Providing expert advice and consultancy services to school-based and regional staff on staff wellbeing initiatives.
* Leading the coordination, promotion, and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives across the region.
* Collaborating with schools and regional teams to support staff wellbeing planning and resources.
* Delivering engaging presentations and workshops, including training such as Psychological First Aid.
* Building networks and collaborating with stakeholders to implement health and wellbeing initiatives effectively.

This role would suit a motivated individual with strong consultation, relationship-building, and analytical skills, who is passionate about improving wellbeing outcomes aligned to departmental priorities.

* Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and training sessions.

* Capability to collaborate effectively across teams and organisations to achieve shared goals.
