About the Role The Senior Experience Designer contributes to the design and delivery of inclusive, and user-centred digital experiences across our digital services on our enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow and Microsoft. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Analysts and Policy Owners. The role supports design, and delivery activities to improve how users interact with products, services, and platforms. The role applies established experience design methods, such as user research, journey mapping, interaction design, and usability testing, to inform design outcomes. The Experience Designer collaborates closely with product managers, delivery teams, developers, and policy stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into accessible, usable solutions. This position operates with guidance from senior designers, contributes to shared design assets and standards, and demonstrates a strong commitment to public value, accessibility, and continuous improvement.
