This role will see you finding new opportunities, ideating on how to improve our training and people capability program and building and delivering transformational change. You will partner with our Branches, Contact Centre and Virtual teams and key stakeholders across, Product, Risk, Compliance and Learning & Development and to develop local solutions and drive this transformation.
The Transformation, Training & Capability Coordinator supports the Channels Transformation, People & Capability Lead as well as the broader team. You will provide invaluable administrative support for the training team in monitoring enrolments, attendance and post attendance feedback from all training programs and attendees. A training or events management background would be ideal but is not essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide coordination and administrative support to Transformation, People & Capability Lead, Manager Business Engagement & Manager Training & Capability; including but not limited to, presentations, reporting, data analysis etc.
- Coordinate the team's travel planes, calendars and the daily management of the inbox.
- Coordinate, collate and prepare presentations, reports and ad-hoc requests as directed.
- Provide support to the Senior Leaders on the coordination of meetings and Network forums such as coordinating agendas.
- Management of the Kaplan, On Track. Professional Development Point programs and all associated administration of this program.
- Manage all requests and approvals for Letter of Authority including but not limited to those for new starters and changes in roles.
- Management the enrolments for all BAU training programs either manually via spreadsheet or via our e-learning platform.

- You are a team player that is present and timely with responses and actions regarding LOAs given the time sensitive nature of these requests.
- An active team player with high levels of initiative, strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
