This role will focus on ensuring seamless integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies, establishing best practices for IT service management, and enabling continuous improvement to meet organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and manage the transition of IT services, including resource coordination, release acceptance, and hypercare support.
- Design and implement frameworks for IT service demand management, forecasting, and prioritization.
- Maintain adherence to design, security, and compliance standards, including documentation and business continuity planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate and consolidate existing systems into the Azure tenancy.
- Operationalize performance management tools for solution performance and continuous improvement.
- Drive risk management processes and ensure compliance with data security standards.
- Manage the total cost of ownership (TCO) and support sustainable solution architecture and vendor management.
- Facilitate the transition of IT support to a centrally managed function, including training and documentation.
**Capabilities**:
- Extensive experience in IT service transition, CI/CD frameworks, and organizational change management.
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, and IT demand forecasting.
- Proven ability in cost and risk management, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex transitions.
