**The Role**:
We are looking for someone to be the face and voice of a top-performing team! This is a fast-paced role that will see your days fly by. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
- answering reception phone, greeting clients
- checking mailboxes on-site and at the post office
- distribution of mail
- assisting with minor building repairs/ maintenance at our office
- managing boardroom bookings/ setup and tidying up
- liaising with cleaners
- maintaining office and bathroom cleanliness
- maintaining operations of the office eg. stationery ordering, keeping both levels neat and tidy, restocking printers, bathrooms, kitchen products
- assisting with in-room auctions
- assisting all EAs and contractors as required
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- A certificate of registration is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong administration and communication skills
