Your duties will include but not limited to: Lead, coach and manage the property management team Run team meetings, one-on-ones and accountability sessions Drive rent roll growth and landlord engagement Monitor retention and boost revenue streams Oversee KPIs, service delivery and client communication Maintain and improve processes and ensure compliance Resolve escalated issues and complex conflicts Collaborate on budgets and monitor financials Recruit, onboard and train new team members Host client events and manage stakeholder engagement Secure sponsorships and follow up on landlord feedback About the Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a natural born leader!
