The Opportunity
Are you excited about making an impact in the fast-paced mining industry? We're looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team and drive efficiency and productivity in our QLD and NSW operation!
About The Role
* Schedule, plan and oversee our QLD/NSW division
* Monthly site visits to build relationships with Clients and team
* Proactively seek new client opportunities for the business while assisting current client labour requests
* Prepare and submit quotes
* Schedule repairs and maintenance of vehicles
* Be the first point of contact for all infield team members
* Conduct interviews, performance management & all other aspects of personnel management
* Fast paced work environment multi-tasking a variety of tasks
* Manage and allocate EMS fleet to personnel
About You
* Trade Background - Highly desirable
* Strong understanding of mining operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
* 2+ years experience in the position of Operations coordinator or similar
* Open to traveling to WA
* Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work under pressure & to work to tight deadlines
* A valid WA manual driver's license
* Enthusiastic and upbeat positive attitude
