Recruitment Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Recruitment Specialist to execute our end-to-end recruitment strategy.
* Coordinate the entire recruitment process for a diverse workforce
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements and provide timely recruitment solutions
* Proactively source talent through various channels to build strong candidate pools
This role requires:
* At least 2 years' experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment or labour hire
* A proven ability to source and secure talent for high-demand operational roles in a competitive market
* Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage onboarding, compliance, and documentation accurately
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, outstanding time management, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
