We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Civil & Structures Foreman to join our team and lead crews across a range of civil and structural works.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Civil & Structures Foreman to join our team and help deliver large-scale civil construction and complex infrastructure projects across the South Coast and Illawarra regions.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be leading crews on site, coordinating subcontractors and working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to keep projects moving safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You'll be involved in a variety of major civil works including drainage, concrete structures, bulk earthworks, roadworks and complex infrastructure packages. We're after someone who can take ownership on site, lead from the front and build strong working relationships with crews, clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise civil and structural construction activities on site
* Coordinate daily works, plant, materials and subcontractors
* Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
* Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
* Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inductions
* Monitor project progress and maintain site records
* Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, suppliers and clients
* Maintain quality control and ensure works meet project specifications
* Lead and mentor site crews to achieve project outcomes
Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or Structures Foreman
* Strong background in civil infrastructure and concrete structures
* Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
* Sound knowledge of construction sequencing and site coordination
* Strong understanding of WHS requirements and compliance
* Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Current Driver Licence
* White Card (essential)

* First Aid certification
* Plant operation tickets
* Experience in drainage, retaining walls and concrete structures
