Job Title: Marketing Executive
This role champions customer communications to drive visitation and revenue through effective marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will facilitate campaign briefs, analysing guest behaviour and informing future activity.
You will work closely with our Customer Insights team to ensure artwork creation for direct mail, EDMs, on-site and other communications are delivered in line with promotional timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic communications that drive sitewide activity and direct response to promotions.
* Test and optimise campaign designs including subject lines, open rates, click-through rates and journey improvements.
* Analyse guest behaviour and make recommendations for future marketing activity.
About the Role:
* Well-rounded marketing experience with CRM platforms, including EDM and SMS development and journey building.
* Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
