1. Google Cloud Networking
* Design VPC networks, routing, and connections
* Work with Google's Network Connectivity Center
* Fix network issues and troubleshoot connectivity problems
2. Firewalls (Palo Alto + GCP NSI)
* Manage firewall policies and security rules
* Review threat logs and make updates when needed
3. Secure Web Proxy
* Manage web filtering rules and category controls
* Fix issues like blocked websites or certificate errors
4. Monitoring & Alerts
* Work with logs, metrics, dashboards
* Tune alerts and investigate problems (RCA = root cause analysis)
Experience needed
* 10–16 years in public cloud
* 4–5 years specifically in Google Cloud
* Very strong knowledge of GCP networking, security, and troubleshooting
* Understand how to connect Google Cloud with other networks (e.g., Palo Alto firewalls)
* Knowledge of proxies, policies, and cloud automation
